Refunds and Returns
If it isn't done right, we won't send it out. Therefore, all items are final sale. Please contact with clear photos of damaged product and packaging if damaged upon arrival. We'll sort it out! Please note we take pictures of all items before handing off to the courier, as at that point it is out of our hands. Partial refunds may be applicable to ensure our customers are happy with their order.
Shipping
Speed is our priority! Your order will be sent to production within 24 hours of your purchase, and shipped within 2 business days. Most orders will be delivered in 2-7 business days directly to your door.
Orders ship out of Hamilton, Ontario.
Pick Up / Delivery
If you are located in Hamilton (including Ancaster, Dundas, Stoney Creek), or Burlington, and would like to pick up your order for FREE, or have it delivered cheaper than shipping price, please contact us to arrange a time.
Pick ups will be in the Ancaster Cineplex parking lot.
Cash / E-Transfer
If you opt-in for pick up/delivery, you may also pay cash or e-transfer. If you'd like to use these methods of payment, please contact us with your order details.
